PIP Resources
Missouri Alliance of Collegiate Recovery Organizations (MACRO)
MACRO is a statewide initiative to support substance use recovery efforts on college campuses. With support from the Missouri Department of Mental Health, MACRO provides resources, networking opportunities, and financial support for schools as they start and grow their own recovery support services.

PIP has also developed the MACRO Collegiate Recovery Ally Training designed to help students, faculty, and staff support individuals in recovery from substance use disorders and covers basic information about substance use disorders and recovery, myths and stigma about substance use disorders, how to use person-first and recovery friendly language, and how to support someone seeking in or already in recovery. Click here to visit the MACRO Collegiate Recovery Ally Training.
Toolkits
PIP has also developed Collegiate Recovery Toolkits (both for traditional institutions and small campuses). You can find the toolkits on the Collegiate Recovery Toolkits page of our website
Educational Materials
PIP has developed brochures, bulletin boards, social media playbooks, a ‘Recovery 101’ Program to Go, and other resources to assist campuses in educating students about substance use disorders and recovery. Email our staff at pip@missouri.edu to access resources.
